As the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Partner at Cyberint, you will be the face of the company, ensuring that we attract the brightest minds and that everyone who’s relevant will embrace Cyberint for their next venture.

Responsibilities

This opportunity include diversified responsibilities across all aspects of Global Talent Acquisition, as well as accountability and ownership over various HR projects and initiatives.

  • You will work alongside Cyberint’s stakeholders and managers, while cultivating relationships to support our rapid global growth.
  • You will own building and enriching our pipeline of talents as well as representing Cyberint’s values and vision to those seeking to join the ride.
  • You will have a fertile ground to initiate and execute your own ideas to contribute to Cyberint’s business vision.
  • You will impact Cyberint’s appearance on various Media and marketing activities. 

Requirements

  • Al least 3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at a global company (preferably technical/Cyber positions)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including Global recruitment (up to speed on the latest and greatest recruiting tools)
  • Proven Talent Sourcing experience – high capabilities in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter and groups and discussion forums
  • Proven experience in identifying top talents for strategic roles, while maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates
  • Ability to independently lead multiple projects at a fast-paced growing company
  • Love of learning, Result-oriented and self-starter who enjoys a challenge in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Relevant academic degree
