Cyberint’s MSSP FAQ: Your Questions Answered
We know how busy MSSP teams are now, so to save you time, we thought we would answer the top questions we get asked before you jump on a call with us.
1. How can Cyberint generate revenue for my MSSP?

2. How long does onboarding take?
Argos is a simple, user-friendly platform that can be mastered quickly. Cyberint provides a comprehensive onboarding program to help you get up to speed. You can expect the onboarding process to be completed within the month, but you will up and running in days. As it is a fully cloud-based SaaS solution, Argos does not require any new resources or infrastructure and there’s no need to install or run new agents on endpoints.
3. Can I manage all my tenants in one place?
A multi-tenant architecture makes it easy to manage many different clients and environments from a single instance and one user interface.
4. Do I need to contact Cyberint to create a new tenant or can I do it independently on my own?
As we have Independent Tenant Management, you can create and manage tenants on your own, as needed.
5. Can you perform takedowns for my clients?
Yes of course, Cyberint has an in-house takedown team that has maintained a success rate of >95% for each of the past 8 quarters, across more than 5,000 takedowns.
6. Can you prevent our or our clients’ official website from being copied? And can you alert us if it is?
We cannot prevent your website from being copied BUT we can alert you immediately if it happens and help with the steps to get it taken down. We can also monitor for lookalike domains.
7. Do you offer in-house support?
Of course, one of the things our clients are most happy with is our managed service. Cyberint’s team has many global cyber professionals with government-level intelligence experience. You can therefore get support from world-class cybersecurity experts.

8. How do you deal with language barriers?
We have automated translation mechanisms in place and our the Cyberint team speaks over 22 languages fluently, including Russian, Arabic, English, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino languages like Tagalog, Ilocano and Ilonggo and more.
9. What do you integrate with?
Integrate Argos with the other tools and platforms you use so you can easily track risks, assign tasks to relevant owners, and automate response and remediation actions.
All alerts can be automatically sent to SIEM/SOAR platforms to trigger automated playbooks. We have an API that can integrate our information into existing SIEM/SOAR solutions and corelate with information from other intelligence platforms. We also integrate with Splunk, Azure AD, AWS, JIRA, OKTA, Qradar, XSOAR out of the box. It is an easy addition to existing workflows.
10. What external recommendations do you have?

11. Do you have a tenant cap?
No, in Argos there is no tenant cap.
12. What are your tagging capabilities?
Cyberint’s tagging allows workflows to live in the UI without other tools. This is built in.
e.g. Items can be mapped and tagged. This allows reports to be generated relating to work done on the tagged items.
13. If I want to do any ad hoc search for any specific CVE or any specific IoC, is that possible?
Yes we have manual proactive threat hunting by CTI Experts available. We also have a database of current CVEs complete with scores, current exploitation and context.
14. Can I white label your product?
There are white labeling options on a custom basis, depending on scale get in touch with our sales team for more information
15. Is your application cloud based or this something I need to install on my device?
Cyberint is entirely cloud-based, there is no need for you to install anything on your device.
16. What does the day to day work look like for an MSSP when working with Cyberint?
Companies have reported that when they moved from other CTEM/ERMM solutions to Cyberint the amount of time they spend on platform has been reduced from many hours a day to 60 minutes a week. 17. Do I need to complete a training course or get a certification to sell the Cyberint platform?
No, onboarding is simple, and the product does not have a steep learning curve. However, we provide all the training materials and documentation you’ll need to master the product. Additionally, the more licenses you sell, the larger the discount– meaning higher margins for you.
18. What does the deal registration and POC process look like?
Deal registration is quick and easy. You get the revenue you’ve earned and Cyberint won’t compete. You can independently create new tenants, run POCs (you have the PoC tenant for up to 3 weeks), and sell Cyberint, all without involvement from the Cyberint team.
