MSSP Channel Account Manager – USA

Responsibilities
- Grow existing Cyberint MSSPs consumption (ARR) in the Americas (Canada, USA, LATAM)
- Oversee the entire MSSP lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, education, product adoption, expansion, and renewals
- Lead MSSP Sales enablement and Sales performance monitoring and optimization
- Create with Cyberint MSSPs Joint demand generation activities – marketing and promotion
- Develop MSSP Channel strategy and planning
- Handle channel conflict resolution and issue management
- Own MSSP Feedback Loop – Gather and channel customer feedback, reinforcing their voice within Cyberint’s framework
- Spearhead internal process enhancements tailored to MSSP requirements
Reporting & Collaboration:
The Channel Account Manager will be part of Cyberint’s MSSP team and will report directly to the MSSP CAM team leader. The MSSP CAM will play a pivotal role in Cyberint’s global MSSP expansion strategy, positioning us as the premier cyber intelligence provider globally and the leader in providing MSSP the ability to offer their end customers External Cyber Risk Reduction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years in a Channel-centric role within B2B sectors
- 2+ years of specialized experience working with and selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 MSPs/MSSPs
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing strategic partnerships with MSPs/MSSPs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on tactical initiatives
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively across different departments and with external partners
- Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Advantage – Proven expertise in external cyber risk, intelligence, and WEBINT domains, as well as collaboration with attack teams (e.g., penetration testers and red teamers)
- Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Additional language: proficiency in Spanish – must
