Cyberint is seeking a talented, results-oriented, and highly motivated Channel Sales Director to join our APAC Sales team!

Responsibilities

The Cyberint Channel Sales Director is responsible for strategy, recruitment, enablement, and development of Cyberint’s strategic channel partners (VAR, distributors) in APAC. They would be working within all levels of partner organizations and have a thorough understanding of Cyberint’s solutions as well as the business value to partners and customers.

  • Develop campaigns and recruit new partners in the different territories to support sales efforts.
  • Onboard new Channel partners, and manage the day-to-day relationships with new and existing strategic partners
  • Handle Sales training and Technical Enablement of strategic partners
  • Develop and execute a growth plan
  • Create and manage sales pipeline and coordinate with partners to meet agreed business goals
  • Delivers Value Propositions and other key messaging to the partner community
  • Work with marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for all APAC partners and drive leads from the field
  • Participate in partner events
  • Engage with the partner in End User meetings where necessary and follow through to closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a VAR /Channels Sales Manager
  • 3-5 years in selling business to business (B2B)
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a cyber security vendor across the APAC market
  • Experience in Cyber Security – must!
  • Ability to show familiarity with leading figures in relevant partners in our market
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – mandatory
  • Strong Time Management and organizational skills
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction
  • Excellent relationship building skills and existing contacts in the market who can be leveraged
  • Comfortable with C level contacts and developing opportunities with multiple decision makers
  • Able to plan, set priorities, identify, and resolve problems to produce measurable results
  • Used to working well with internal teams, using all the internal resources available to support their business
  • English – high level, written and verbal
